Platform, not transportation service
Ripingo Waste Management is not a freight broker. We list loads so carriers and shippers can connect directly. We do not provide our own hauling services, arrange transportation as a broker or guarantee trucks, freight, revenue or payment. Each user is responsible for its own business, contracts, authority, insurance and operating compliance.
Monthly billing and Square
Subscriptions renew monthly at the price shown before checkout until cancelled. Square processes payments. A checkout link or return page is not proof of payment; access is issued after verification. Do not send card or bank details through contact forms.
Cancel anytime
Use Manage / Cancel Subscription in the member area and confirm end-of-period cancellation. Cancellation stops future charges, and access continues through the end of the current paid billing period.
Refund policy
Payments already made are non-refundable because plans unlock downloadable forms and content immediately. Cancellation does not provide a prorated refund. Contact support about duplicate charges, billing errors or missing access. This policy does not limit refunds required by law or other non-waivable consumer rights.
Facility, rate and course information
Facility listings, tipping fees, maps, benchmarks and calculator results are for planning only. Confirm material acceptance, commercial account requirements, hours, current rates and safe truck access directly with the facility. Example lanes are not live freight. Educational course. Ripingo does not issue broker authority; you apply with FMCSA yourself. Training and document templates do not replace legal, financial, insurance or compliance advice.
Submissions and appropriate use
Submit truthful information you are authorized to share. Do not post freight that does not exist, misuse contact details or share member access without permission. Forms may save contact and load details for authorized administrative review; published listings can be shown to members. Do not include unnecessary confidential data.
Availability and responsibility
We work to maintain the platform but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service or complete, current third-party information. To the extent permitted by law, Ripingo LLC is not responsible for indirect losses from your planning or transportation decisions. Nothing excludes liability or rights that cannot legally be excluded.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia.
