Information you provide
Forms may collect your name, company, phone, email, state, equipment, carrier registration details, availability and message. Load posts also collect pickup and destination areas, dates, material, weight, proposed pay and payment terms. Facility reports and feedback collect the details you submit. Do not include card numbers, passwords, complete tax IDs or unnecessary driver information in these forms.
How we use and share it
We save submissions for authorized administrative review, respond to requests, manage access and subscriptions, and maintain listings. Submitted load and posting contact details can be visible to authorized members so parties can connect; private intake records, private notes and financial fields are restricted. We use hosting, payment and communication providers to operate the platform. We do not sell personal information.
Square payments
Square processes payment details. Ripingo receives the payment and subscription references and status needed to verify membership and billing; we do not collect your full payment-card number in platform forms. Square's own privacy terms apply to its checkout.
Cookies and device information
Secure session cookies and temporary access information keep member tools protected. Request information helps prevent spam and unauthorized access. Company profiles, personal notes and some learning progress can be stored on your own device; confidential driver form entries stay in the open session. We do not provide offline caching of member pages.
Retention and your choices
We retain information while needed for requests, member service, billing, security and legal obligations. Email support to request access, correction or deletion of your personal information; some records must be retained for legal or payment reasons. Clear saved device data on shared devices. We use access controls, but no online service can promise perfect security.
Planning information
Facility and rate information is for planning only. Confirm acceptance, contacts, hours and charges directly with the facility before relying on a listing.
Emails
Resend is our email delivery provider. Transactional emails include PIN delivery, payment notices, cancellation confirmations and load confirmations. These essential messages continue even if you unsubscribe from marketing. The starter series and promotional emails include an unsubscribe link that stops future marketing messages. Use the one-click link in a marketing email, visit Email Preferences, or contact support@ripingowaste.com for help. Unsubscribing from marketing does not cancel your subscription.
